Coca Cola with Lemon?................. Yes please!
Here's an 80's Watch made by Swatch for Coca Cola. I just love the colours on this one and there are some very interesting dial designs out there. Cars, Beach scenes, Birds but the Coke can to me sums it all up. You will find that Swatch used alot of the designs for their own Standard Gents models in the 80's, none were ever officially released but they do exist as prototypes, I dont know the exact numbers but in my time i've seen quite a few.
As you can see the major differences are centred around the extra protruding parts of the case and around the crown. The band although still standard 17mm in size does not have the usual standard lug fitting. Interesting though if you look at the back of the case you will see familiar Swatch case markings and battery terminal. A lovely bright Watch.
